Share our Strength's No Kid Hungry® Campaign engages communities across the nation to stand up together in the fight to end childhood hunger by surrounding children with nutritious food where they live, learn and play.

The No Kid Hungry Allies Program provides resources to nonprofit organizations leading the fight to end childhood hunger in their communities. Click here to find out more about the allies program.

No Kid Hungry Allies are organizations that have the desire and capacity to end childhood hunger in their community. In order to access the resources of the No Kid Hungry Campaign, Allies must:

  1. Be willing to approach the problem of childhood hunger in innovative and creative ways.
  2. Participate in a state or community-wide coalition focused on ending hunger that includes government and nonprofit partners.
  3. Be committed to implementing a long-term, metric driven plan to end childhood hunger in their communities by increasing participation in nutrition education and/or federal food and nutrition programs which include free and reduced-price breakfast, summer meals, afterschool meals, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), and the WIC program.
