It's been an extraordinarily difficult year for all of us. We've lost friends, family and neighbors to the coronavirus. Millions of people are out of work. The number of children living with hunger has skyrocketed.
But if there is a light, it's the extraordinary generosity we have seen from so many.
In the face of crisis, people want to help - from school cafeteria staff working overtime to deliver meals to kids to nurses taking care of the sick to volunteers at food banks.
So many No Kid Hungry supporters have donated, volunteered their time, written to elected officials and helped spread the word this year. To all of you we say thank you.
Even after we beat the coronavirus, we will face a long and difficult recovery. We plan to work even harder in the days to come to feed hungry kids, and we know we can count on you to help.
