The far-flung members of Team No Kid Hungry include parents, teachers, advocates, community leaders, kids and chefs, all working to make sure no kid goes hungry. One of our newest favorites is Brandi Milloy, TV host and food reporter for PopSugar.
Brandi spends her days telling the world about amazing foods (a job we'd be jealous of if it didn't look like so much work). And it turns out that she's not a bad cook herself, so we're extremely pleased she made time to share one of her very favorite recipe with us: Stuffed Sweet Potatoes.
Yes, I made this dish myself, so I can attest that it is delicious. But even though it would work well any time, Brandi insists that you make it as part of your Friendsgiving for No Kid Hungry. So you get to eat this terrific side while doing something great for hungry kids in your community.
Sign up to host your very own Friendsgiving dinner, and then download Brandi's recipe and get cooking. You may want to make a test batch for yourself, after all.
