Get Fit Retreats

Get Fit for No Kid Hungry Retreats is a new initiative that brings together two of our greatest No Kid Hungry champions - chefs and fitness/wellness professionals - to host an extraordinary holistic wellness experience that also gives back.

Each retreat will host 30-50 participants, all coming together to nourish their bodies and minds, while also unlocking the funds to help ensure all our nation’s kids get three meals a day to grow up happy, healthy and strong!

POTENTIAL RETREAT ACTIVITIES MIGHT INCLUDE:

  • Healthy breakfast and/or lunch
  • Breathwork session
  • Fitness class(es) such as yoga, pilates or aerobics
  • Cold Plunge
  • Sound Bath or Meditation
  • Yoga or Pilates
