Donna Morea

Lead Independent Director, Chairman & CEO, Adesso Group

Donna Morea is the retired President of CGI Technologies and Solutions (GIB), a role in which she led CGI’s multi-billion dollar software and services in the US, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Her clients included many of the world’s largest and most complex organizations in financial services; healthcare; telecommunications and government. She currently serves as an independent director on public and private corporate boards, as well as in the not-for profit sector.

Donna is an Independent Director of SAIC, and an Independent Director of SunTrust Banks, Inc. (STI). She also served on the Board of Directors of CGI, one of the largest global independent technology firms. In 2015, she was elected a Trustee of the Inova Health System. Donna also currently serves as the Chair of the Wesleyan University Board of Trustees and as a Director of Share Our Strength. She also served as Chair of the Northern Virginia Technology Council, the nation's largest technology council with over 1000 member companies.
