Laura Farrell

Laura (Bracis) Farrell is the Chief Financial Officer at Share our Strength. In her role, she is responsible for the financial health of the organization and functions including accounting and reporting, financial planning and analysis, and treasury management, among others.  Prior to joining Share Our Strength in 2023, Laura was the Chief Financial Officer at the National Trust for Historic Preservation. She has more than 15 years of nonprofit experience, including The Nature Conservancy and Inova Health System. Laura is a graduate of Washington & Lee University and is a licensed CPA and Certified Fraud Examiner. An avid reader and card/board game enthusiast, native Ohioan Laura now lives in Northern Virginia with her young son and adopted dog, Bodhi.
